Shawarma Prince - Ottawa

I typically don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about this restaurant. The food is subpar - the chicken and pita are dry, and the portions are extremely small. I recommend trying a different shawarma place instead. Save your money.

The quality of the food has declined since the new owners took over. The chicken was very dry.

The service at this restaurant was overall very poor. The waiter had a rude demeanor that was even drier than the chicken. I requested extra garlic sauce on my sandwich, but he only put half a spoonful, and then ignored my request for extra garlic on the potatoes. I would have been willing to pay for the extra sauce if he had mentioned an additional cost. The tomatoes looked old and the sauces appeared crusty. It's unacceptable to have spoiled ingredients and a bad attitude. The staff should focus on improving either the quality of the food or their customer service.

Was extremely disappointed in this place!!I didn’t realize till I got home that they did not toast my sandwich and the chicken was very dry and to top it all off my potatoes where cold!Portion size was also a lot smaller then the usual shawarma places!! I will not be returning. I will definitely be bringing my business elsewhere.

Chicken shawarma is way better than I had had at any other place. And the place is neat and clean, with a great staff
