Starbucks - Ottawa

Starbucks is very popular. I often ordered coffee there, the only one, it confuses me, it is that there is a lot of caffeine and if you drink coffee during the day, then you will not be able to sleep all night. Also, I do not really understand their desserts, I would like more variety, it is clear that the emphasis is on drinks, but then it would be better not to sell desserts, as they are about nothing. In general, the starbacks is not bad.

Starbucks quality has gone way down and it doesn’t seem like they even bother to train their baristas in some locations. Unfortunately, this is the case for this store. I ordered an iced chai which tasted like straight syrup. It was the sweetest drink I have ever drank in my life. I had to throw it away as it wasn’t even edible with the amount of sugar it had. Please train your baristas!!!

Employees take way too long... The prices are WAYYYY to high and there is absolutely no customer service...

The barista took so long to make our drinks. Every time I come to this Starbucks location I'm fairly disappointed. Last time the drink felt very diluted, like I was drinking water instead of coffee. This time, another barista was talking to another customer for at least 5-10 minutes about some dog. OK, great, but can you make my coffee in time please? It's fairly inconvenient.

Best coffee ever consistently good.(no delicious! odd thing is some days they stop serving dark coffee early! Why I do not know!?
