Even when asked for extra soup, they were hesitant to fill the cup. The service staff seemed anxious to save on supplies, as the manager appears to be enforcing strict portion control. Out of all the Subway locations in Ottawa, this one seems to consistently have this problem.
The Subway on Bank Street is one of the top fast food spots in Ottawa. The service is friendly and accommodating, and they offer a great selection of fresh, high-quality ingredients. I have visited this place multiple times and will definitely be coming back.
If they are in glebe and want a sub, then this si is the place to go as they have a gott sub, service is fast and efficient, and price is better than anywhere else nereby.
I visit this restaurant a few times a week because it's conveniently close to my workplace. The staff recognizes me and knows my favorite items. The service is quick and friendly, and the space is clean and organized. I always receive a warm greeting and feel valued as a repeat customer.
Perhaps it’s a Canadian measurement problem in general, but last I checked was meant to imply not Also, if someone asks for soup, don’t be afraid to actually fill the cup. I really hate to complain but the service staff here almost...seem afraid to give correct proportions- methinks the manager tells them not to in order to save on supply costs. Very frugal. Out of all the subway locations here in Ottawa, this is the only one where this issue seems consistent.
