Subway - Ottawa

This subway branch is near my work so I often visit it with my coworkers. On all visits, the staff is always friendly, helpful, and efficient. It is always clean and well stocked. This location is slightly more expensive than other ones outside of core, but the food is always satisfactory.Vegetarian options: It's a self build restaurant so you can pick and choose what you'd like in your sandwich. There are many different vegetarian friendly toppings to add, salad bowls are also available.Dietary restrictions: There is gluten free bread available, as well as vegan and vegetarian friendly meal options. Subways menu is available online for further reference.Parking: Street parking available, or you can park at the city building nextdoor to pick up your order. I wouldn't recommend parking there for dine in as it is still a private lot.Kid-friendliness: 6 subs, small portioned soups, etc.Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible by wheelchairs. There are a few stairs to walk-up to get into the restaurant and an additional stair to get from the dinning area to ordering stand.

We had a large group lunch pre-ordered with choice of a full menu. It was packed in a way to make it very easy to give to people. It was prepared on time and everyone enjoyed their meals. Great service. Special thank you to Bhargav for all his support and making it easy. I will definitely go back.

Clean spot and good service. Tried some new stuff as per staff suggestion and turned out to be really good

I went here, it was on a Sunday and it wasn't busy at all. When I entered, I noticed that it was bright and it was spacious. Then I went in and ordered. The woman who helped me was really patient and very kind. I'd go back.

My go-to subway spot. Fast, friendly service. Always clean and efficient. Family run always goes the extra mile. Plus they have all ingredients including avocado and jalapeños!
