The Clubhouse - Ottawa

Seafood night was a delightful experience. We treated ourselves using our birthday month coupon for a complimentary meal. However, I was a bit disappointed that neither lobster nor crab legs were available as part of the $40 buffet. The staff was attentive, taking extra precautions to prevent the spread of the virus, even serving chowder for us. The highlight of the evening was definitely the stir-fried scallops—large, juicy, and perfectly cooked. The calamari was served in a spiral shape, which was interesting. The salmon was flavorful, and the pan-fried shrimp was also delicious. The prime rib was carved for us, which was fine, but it was all cooked to medium, lacking any hint of pink despite our requests. We ended our meal with fruit and a cookie. Overall, cheers to the team!

I absolutely love this restaurant! The service and food are consistently excellent. As for whether I would recommend it to a friend, I've taken all my friends here multiple times, and now my whole family comes too. Thank you so much, Clubhouse!

The calamari was served in a spiral shape, which was interesting, and the salmon was delicious, too. The fried shrimp were also a treat. As for the prime rib, it was beautifully carved, but it was all cooked to medium doneness, and there wasn't an option for the level of pink that we prefer. We wrapped the evening up with a cookie. Overall, it was a lovely experience! Cheers!
