Based on a friend's recommendation, I visited this restaurant known for its exceptional French pastries. I was not let down! I visited this hidden gem multiple times during my last trip to savor their delicious croissants. They also offer a lovely selection of teas to enjoy.
After skating on the Rideau Canal twice, we visited a large cafe for some delicious café au lait and excellent croissants and pain aux raisins. The service was exceptional as well.
We often arrive early on Saturday morning for our weekend croissants and they are good, but to be honest, the pastries here are better (and I always seem to leave with some).
This place is primarily a French Bakery, but does offer Breakfast, Lunch and Brunch choices. We were looking for a sweet dessert and there were lots of choices. We had the chocolate espresso cake and it was delicious.
