That I originally wrote as a template to the factory website, but it would not submit. they will be better served by him: good morning, I am email to let them know about our disappointing experience. I also write this in a Word document because I find the obligatory all caps on their website extremely distract. I don't scream. my wife and I wanted to order burger on Saturday night. I wanted to give them full means so I tried to order over their website. I appreciate my private sphere and did not want to pay all my personal data for a burger. it wouldn't let me pay for picking up so I gave it up. then I called to see if I could order the phone. it went to voicemail. I then tried to skip an order over the skimmed, but the prices were all increased. back to the website. that's 30 minutes now. I finally ordered the website that I was not pleased about because I had to enter all non-order-related personal data. our burgers would be ready at 19:30. I came to pick up at 19:28 and said the burgers weren't ready yet, but they were in 5 minutes and that I had to wait outside. I'll wait outside in winter. I went back after the time spent and noticed that 3-5 riders who had gone to pick up supplies were stuffed to the door and were still in the restaurant and were not asked to wait outside. they said my order was not finished yet. I went out again. I left five minutes and went back in. my job was not ready yet. I stayed in there when I was frustrated. I think the website (and the server information) should reflect the reality. it's late, I'm very hungry and I've been told two wrongs (website and server). it has trusted and the expectation for me has broken. I finally got the order. the burger order of my wife was wrong, she asked for multigrain bung (it is written on the order), she got a b n w. Beyond that, her burgerpatty was on the inside pink and carved (fired) on the outside, so it was very inconspicuous. we would also like to have more pommes for the price. overall we were very disappointed by our experience.
Just finished a “meal” at the The Works on St. Laurent and what a disappointment. This was my first visit and I was looking forward to it. I figured that if a place only did burgers, they must really be great. Unfortunately, after a 35-minute...wait we received over-cooked burgers, and cold and stale sweet potato fries. The greatest offence was that the burgers and fries had little flavour. I also had onion rings and they were just ok. To wait this long for subpar food was a disappointment, but to pay just over $50 for two burgers, fries, onion rings, and no booze seems a little steep. Overall, The Works was a waste of time and we’ll not be going back.
I had the kamikaze burger and salad with blue cheese ranch dressing, with a couple Cervezas. My first bite and I thought, This is what beef should taste like Not quite hot enough for my taste, but probably plenty hot for most people. My husband...had a bacon cheeseburger and fries with gravy and it got 10 out of 10. Good classic rock music.
This is twice in a row we go place not busy service very slow. Ordered burgers and fries got chips then waited 15 minutes to get fries wife's burger was cooked right mine was raw Lisa the manager responded thats the way we cook them,...i replied excuse me hers is cooked mine is raw waited half an hour to get another burger. Seriously this place has the service and quality dropping do not recommend at all. Lots of other restaurants will give service and quality food, unfortunately this place has no class and quality anymore sad to say loved it for years
