Tim Hortons - Ottawa

I bought a coffee just an hour ago from this location, on my way out of town. I stood in line for 15 minutes for a single small coffee, and it was the most god awful coffee I 've ever had. I got a double double and it tasted NOTHING like it. When I popped the lid to put my own sugar in, I saw some of the cream was curdled in a ring at the top of the cup. Its literally as if they poured my coffee in the cream drip cup or something. SO, SO disgusting. I know food doesn 't always turn out but a coffee? Its the simplest task, and quality coffee should be at least a basic expectation from a *coffee shop*. All I wanted was a tasty drink to relax with over my long road trip but it ended up being trash. Poured the whole thing out!

Came here for lunch and they gave me food that wasn't cooked properly. Horrible service here...

Fresh doughnuts and muffins every time I have been. Good service. Clean interior too.

Everything was good until I received a burnt bagel… can’t believe the staff doesn’t realize it’s burnt and handed it to me.

Placed an order online until I got to the store the staff had no idea there was an order. Which I’m not bothered. However, they made every drink in the order wrong……
