Contribuisci feedbackThey are pretty slow for a fast food restaurant. they have almost every time we go, messed up the order of my family. the lunch crew is a little better than the dinner crew, but they didn't allow a 39-cent adjustment to a sandwich that bothers me, but I'm dipping.
I will give 2 stars, only because this store deserves better management! I will be calling later today at shift change. Last week they had an employee (still working today with no voice) that couldn’t be heard over the speaker box on drive thru, so being a manager myself I nice and calmly expressed that she needed to be put in a better spot due to not having a voice. FAST FORWARD TO TODAY, Kirsten? Kristen? Whatever her name is? She is management, (same lady we spoke to last week) informed other employees while I was at the window she wont serve us because we yell at her…. DO YOUR JOB THEN STOP BAD TALKING CUSTOMERS IN THE DRIVE THRU LANE. Truly thought you were better than that. But to each their own. Someone needs to look into her customer service/the way she treats employees. Thank you.
They seem to mess up your order a lot and many don't apologize. Stood at counter for at least 5 minutes while several employees just stood there talking and laughing even when they seen me waiting to get the chocolate milk they never put in sons happy meal
Southside McDonald's is the worst place i have ever been! They got the order wrong and refused to give me my order. It took them 15 minutes to get a two cheese burger meal with no one in line. The children were so snotty so I don't think I will go there again! I know there's a shortage of people that want to work but there is such thing as training and expectations from employees.
Orders are always missing items or made wrong. Today the person working drive thru their attitude took the cake. I drove off because of it after wasting 15 minutes or more in line.
