Scooter's Coffee - Ottumwa

The coffee is decent, but it shouldn't cost an arm and a leg to buy a cup. The high price seems like nothing but greed. Two thumbs down.

This place is a great option instead of going to McDonald's drive-thru for coffee. The staff is friendly and they provide fast service. They definitely give Starbucks a run for their money. I stopped going here for a while due to price discrepancies. BUT I have started going about once a week the past ~2 months and I noticed new faces and the price for my drink has been correct EVERY time and it tastes so yummy.
