Subway - Ottumwa

Last 3 times I went there I got my food cold even though I watched them warm it up. But people are very nice and generous but yesh last 3 times is just ridiculous. Need to adjust the microwave or timing

Fast friendly service. The store was clean. Food was fresh!

This store won?t take online orders of any kind. I?d rather drive across town than give this place my money. Allow DoorDash or Subway app orders?or lose business. I?d rather see a Panda Express in your building anyway.

Girl working tonight takes money with gloves on and dosen't change them when making a sandwich.. freaking gross.

The goth girl needs to listen because there is no reason to tell someone 3 times what you want on your sandwich and she still screws it up. Unbelievable.
