Two NIGHTS with air conditioning that doesn't work, I requested several times. Change of room for the last night knowing that I had reported that my father is a vulnerable person. No commercial gesture, they made us pay a difference of €153. Be careful in the tents it is too hot. The noise of animals prevents you from sleeping. Second stay in this ecolodge. This is our base in Ouarzazate. We come there to discover the region on the slopes. Impeccable welcome, comfortable rooms, attentive staff, hearty breakfast and decent evening meal. If you come there, don't miss the cooking classes, you will learn how to make tagine or couscous. I just read a comment describing the manager as obnoxious!!! what are these c ies? he is like all Moroccans, welcoming, pleasant and smiling. For the haters who always find something to complain about, I would like to point out that there is a hotel barely 200m away that will satisfy you, but of course it is not the same price. When we travel to Morocco, we adapt and live in the country's fashion. For our part, we prefer to go to small local hotels to suit the country and we have never been disappointed. The only small detail, addressed to the chief decorator : : a small piece of furniture in the bathroom to put things on as well as a desk and a chair in the bedroom would be welcome. Here you can choose from various accommodations: a tent, room or house. We chose a house, complete with roof terrace and air conditioning. It was a beautiful place in the middle of a garden, partly planted with vegetables. There is a swimming pool, play area for children and a restaurant. Nice for a few days.
