Double Pizza - Outremont

Worse experience ever the pizza came 1h10 after placing the order and the regional store only wanted to give us a 10% discount for COLD pizza… however, I had talk with a regional manager of the store who told me the delivery guarantee was an hour to have it for free! The owner of this store only gave us a discount instead of giving it for free, even though we we’re still ready to tip the delivery guy (which we did). I’m very sadden by this experience as I thought double pizza had better integrity, turns out pizza pizza and domino’s pizza stay true to their delivery guarantee. I will be contacting double pizza by email because this is not acceptable, do not order from here !

This place would be better off reheating frozen pizzas from IGA...

To make matters worse, my interaction with the staff was terrible. The worker was rude, telling me to wait because he was tired and then becoming annoyed when I inquired about the price of a Pepsi. He threw the money at me, didn't wear a mask or gloves, and handled food after touching money. It was clear that hygiene standards were not being followed at this establishment. Overall, the dirty environment with dead flies buzzing around perfectly reflected the low quality of both the staff and the food. I would only recommend this place to someone looking to get sick. For a better experience, I suggest trying Pizza Van Horn for great service and delicious food.
