Andy's Frozen Custard - Overland Park

Either the guy outside taking orders can't hear and entered the wrong info or the makers can't read. Ridiculous to pay damn near $10 for an ice cream that not only was not even filled to the top but wasn't even the correct order. Went last night through the drive thru, ordered and went home to enjoy my purchase. Got home and the cup was 3/4 filled, and missing 2 ingredients I paid for. Couldn't even enjoy it and it was too late to go back. Doubtful I return for those prices and that service.

Very good frozen custard, very efficient ordering process. Prices are relatively reasonable, given the high quality of the product.

In the words of Tina Turner, it's simply the best, even better than all the rest! I'm convinced that this food should be illegal!

I really enjoy the ice cream at this place. The service is consistently fast and efficient, even when it's busy. The staff always maintain a positive attitude towards customers! The kids' sundae is the perfect size for my child. Plus, if you join the rewards program and accumulate enough points, you can get five dollars off your purchase! That seems like a great deal to me!

The custard is fantastic, but the service is painfully slow. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru after placing my order, and there were only three cars ahead of me—not a huge line.
