Another Broken Egg Cafe - Overland Park

It was disappointing. We knew that they were under staffed so the 40 min wait was not the issue. When the order finally came, I Had the Salmon Benedict. The eggs were over cooked and he potatoes were old and cold. Had a side of Biscuits and gravy that were also cold. Only thing that was hot was the coffee. My sister had been there many time before and said it was amazing. This time she was very disappointed that I did not have a great experience.

Sunday breakfast. Very fresh. Bartender was very nice. (Only had open seating at bar). Nice menu with a good variety of food.

Sam was our waiter and what an awesome job he did. Very attentive and personable. He made great selections. Valerie cane over as well and made a great drink selection of the lemon blueberry margarita. I live in San Antonio and we have them there but have never gone. Will definitely return.

Such a fun menu!! Aside from the food being delicious I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge this establishment's fantastic staff. The young man behind the bar was our waiter this afternoon on our brunch date. He was so genuinely friendly and provided perfect service. The hostess was great, the guy that saw us out was great. Great customer service in the food service industry is so hard to come by anymore. 10/10 recommend eating here not just for the wonderful menu full of delicious fun items, but for the wonderful service you will receive here. What a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant is also super cute love the decor. Do not miss the biscuit beignets with orange marmalade sauce. Delicious.
