Contribuisci feedbackI was unimpressed with my experience at this restaurant. Let me start by saying that I had worked late and was tired. Upon arriving, I encountered a large pothole in the parking lot that was quite jarring. I ordered food for 3 adults and 2 children, which came out to $47. We did not order any drinks for the adults and shared a large order of fries. There was also a 10 minute wait in the drive-thru. When I arrived home, I realized we only received 1 order of tacos instead of 2, and one of the tacos was placed inside the other. The fries were not fresh and half of them had to be thrown away. There was no ketchup or taco sauce provided, and I was not asked if I wanted any. Lastly, we were given only 4 napkins for our entire $47 order.
I ordered a Whopper meal and a kids meal at this restaurant. I asked for a diet option due to being diabetic, but received regular. I did not receive a receipt, but all expenses were sent to my phone, which I appreciated. However, when I started to eat the meal, I found three gray and black hairs in the fries, which were also stale. I called the restaurant to discuss a refund for the contaminated food, as I am traveling out of state and will not be returning for a while. Initially, they claimed they couldn't find my order. Then, they said they delete order history after a few orders and couldn't retrieve it. They asked me to bring the food back in a few days for a refund, which I refused as it is a health hazard to keep old, contaminated food. They denied my request for a refund and dismissed my concerns. When I tried to get the owner's contact information, I was repeatedly hung up on. The manager at this restaurant is unprofessional.
