Five Guys - Overland Park

The staff is always friendly and quick to respond to any needs. The restaurant maintains an impressive level of cleanliness, with tidy work areas for the employees. The wash basins are conveniently located, making it easy for them to wash their hands regularly. The burgers are consistently delicious, and the fries are always fresh! Even when I order through DoorDash, they arrive hot and crispy!

We love five guys! all in the family (3 of us ordered the speck cheeseburger. (five youngs give you two paws, except you order the little burger. will we adapt to it? mayo? pickle? wobbles? you have the idea! when they call their order number, the burgers all have a sticker with a number that corresponds when it was ordered first, second etc. so there is no confusion. we get also always a big bag of cajun fritten. the perfect number for us to share. we had a visit a few weeks ago and it was closed. so glad to see that it was open again!

I returned to give this place another chance after it reopened, but they still managed to get a simple veggie sandwich with cheese wrong. It's unbelievable. On top of that, the Cajun fries were soggy and lacked flavor. I found it to be overpriced for what is essentially mediocre fast food.

We have just ordered from this location via ubereats. the delivery went well. the order was completely grounded. we ordered two bottle coke. they sent out. we ordered a regular (medium) cajun fry. they sent the little cup with 20 pommes.

I hadn't visited since the pandemic, but I stopped by recently and it was just as I remembered. Their delivery staff are the best in the city!
