Sonic Drive-in - Overland Park

The overall experience at this restaurant needs improvement. The staff, who appear to be young children, don't seem to take pride in their work. I ordered a burger with mayonnaise, but it was not included. I also ordered an "explosion" dessert with extra toppings, but what I received looked mostly like plain ice with minimal extras and I was charged extra for it. The prices are high, but the quality does not meet expectations.

We have visited this restaurant several times, and each time there was an issue with our order. This latest visit was particularly disappointing as my food was served cold. I won’t be returning again; I can't recommend this place to anyone.

I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. My family and I spent the whole day looking forward to trying the chili dog special, only to find out that they only accepted cash. We had to leave to get money from an ATM, and given that we are from Chile, it was quite inconvenient. We will not be returning.

It was packed, but the service was actually quite fast. eating was on point and service was offered with a smile.

I don't know how they cook to order cold dry food. Even the microwave couldn't revive my burger and tots. A total waste of money ?.
