Starbucks - Overland Park

Fantastic new location! Ample seating and a convenient drive-thru available. Easily accessible right off the highway!

I've visited many Starbucks, but this one is by far the friendliest and coziest I've encountered in the chain. Alyssa is incredibly sweet and truly enhanced my experience. I wish this store was closer to where I live; I would definitely become a regular customer.

The restaurant has recently been renovated and offers plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. The staff is friendly, the service is reasonably quick, and the place is clean. They also have a drive-thru available.

I visited Starbucks this morning. I had been in tears for over half an hour on my way to work because I had to say goodbye to my cat, and I decided to treat myself to some coffee. I ordered through the drive-thru, and when I reached the window, I was greeted by a petite brunette with short hair. She opened the window and exclaimed, “Oh my god! You are so pretty!” I didn’t catch her name, but I really hope she sees this. I honestly don’t think she realized how upset I was. Her unexpected kindness made my entire month. It truly meant the world to me and was the only moment I smiled today. Thank you for going above and beyond and for taking the time to show kindness. Please appreciate this employee; they are truly rare to find.

The restaurant was extremely busy, and service was frustratingly slow despite the apparent number of staff on hand. However, just because there were many people moving about doesn't mean they were all actually baristas. While I waited for 20 minutes, I observed that several orders were incorrect, which only extended the wait as the barista attempted to correct them.
