Starbucks - Overland Park

I’ve come here for a while. They are very welcoming and very productive. They say that 7:45—8:30 is there busiest time and I always order during that time. They are nearly always right on the dot with timing. They are all friendly and they routinely will call out upcoming drinks to update their clients. Quick and polite. I don't expect these guys to be groveling at my feet, and I don't want them talking to me more than they have to. This place did exactly that so I have no complaints

The drinks are reasonably priced. The baristas know me by name as well as my order. I’m always greeted with a smile and the store is always clean. Service is fast and the wait is never very long

Love this location! The staff is always friendly and learned my name! The listen and converse! Yes, they’re busy, what Starbucks isn’t? The store is always clean too.
