Contribuisci feedbackThis happened on Friday, 30 september, before 2 nights to 9-10 clock and it is only irritating me since, one of the workers, a great white man in the Wendy’s on the w 135th road in the overland park sounded very annoyed over the microphones to order different food, so they don’t make it, then on the top side we almost pulled out the food window
The type that took my handy to beat my coupon and lost my goodwill. then the lady acted as if it were a task to take off a dollar if it had been five. they have grounded my drink order, and in the group of three there were no cheerful, polite or polite people. remember the day that was a request? At least I like to eat wendys and love their frostys so two stars.
I only paid for a whole job, with change I had laid around. when the guy took it, he was nothing but pleasant, and we both laughed at the baptism of the kind I gave him. food came out just a few seconds later, fresh, accurate and fast. great work for everyone here.
Seriously waited on the drive thru for 20 minutes and still not get help each car was average 10 minutes they finally get on the menu and they still have to wait for someone to order and of course dining room is closed for "routine maintenance," which I am sure means we have no help because it always is. if they don't want customers to turn off or put their act on
9:30 am on a Saturday and we get told they wouldn’t be opening until 11am. I understand short staff but come on this isn’t the first or even second time this has happened at this location.
