So this used to be the sub game in town... but lately bread tastes like dry old bread... they changed the bread recipe... it's no longer chewy and yummy. Also the hot subs are most of the time Luke warm. Firehouse quality sucks now.

Good subs- my favorite is the hot Turkey subs, and the meat ball sub- ate always delish and many others.

The sub shop in the city used to be great, but recently the bread has started to taste dry and stale. They've changed the recipe, and it's no longer chewy or flavorful. Additionally, the hot subs are often served lukewarm. The quality at Firehouse has really declined.
