It's incredibly frustrating, especially when I make a mobile order only to arrive and find the place shut. You might think it's my fault for going at the wrong time, but let me explain. When the pandemic hit, the restaurant didn't update its hours, so I had no idea about the changes. This past week, I attempted to place an order around 2:50 PM, only to discover that my mobile order went through at a location that was closed.
The experience was what you would expect from a McDonald's. It seems like McDonald's employees have been dealing with challenges for 15 years. I had to choose a McDonald's around the $15 mark. Is the hiring process only considering those who have minimal intelligence? I've worked in fast food, and most people have at some point. It's not as difficult as the McDonald's employees make it seem; it's pretty similar everywhere else. The fries were overcooked, the nuggets were cold and hard, and honestly, they were in such poor condition that I wouldn't even feed them to my dog.
I just visited our local McDonald's, and I have to share my disappointment. Working overnight, I expected to have a substantial meal at what felt like dinner time—especially since it was 3:59 PM on October 31, 2020. When I asked if I could order a burger, a woman on the other end abruptly told me no. I was shocked, especially since we have five kids who love McDonald’s. It’s frustrating to think about how much money we invest in this franchise. Due to this lack of customer service, we won’t be returning to this location. I really hope the Wright family takes customer service more seriously in the future, especially when their staff can’t be bothered to assist a customer.
Over charged for my food in drive thru and noticed on my way home. I was told I could not get my partial refund because I already consumed some of the food on my way. Jesus the manager on shift refused to offer a solution and had zero will or intent to help.
I purchased kids meal and hot caramel mocha coffee. Employees are friendly and have great customer service.
