When I asked about a specialty drink, she wasn't sure what was in it, so she found out for me. We got separate checks, and they were all accurate.
Alyssa was a great bartender. Nothing to take away from her! The amount of people on the patio that smoke is ridiculous. Pretty sure that's not legal, but I digress! The guy next to me was smoking and his smoke blew all in our faces. The guys on the other side of my friend were smoking and the stench was horrific. There was also a couple smoking on the other side of the bar. smoking on the ENCLOSED patio made are experience HORRIBLE! There was smoke on my food so I didn't finish. Not sure why these people aren't forced to go outside. Why do the rest of us have to suffer? I've been to plenty of Ale House's and non of them allow smoking on their enclosed patios. This is ridiculous and I will not be back. You need to do something about this. IMMEDIATELY!
All of the bartenders make you feel comfortable . Libby and Alex do such a great job tending to your needs . The food is absolutely delicious and cooked perfect . One of the best meals in the town !
I frequent this location a few times a week and usually sit at the bar with Jeff and Alex as the bartenders. I recently sat at a high top and had a pretty bad experience, to the point where I was considering not returning (and that's a big deal for me because I love their food and atmosphere). I reached out, so management would be aware with what happened. Alfredo (who was the gentlemen who took my card so I could check out, since our waitress was no where to be found), is who reached out to me. He was really kind to us at the restaurant and remembered our interaction. When we spoke on the phone he was professional, kind, genuine, polite and apologetic. Miller's Ale House is lucky to have someone like him who cares so much about his restaurant and I'm happy to report this will still be my go to sports bar. Thank you again Alfredo!
For the most part we go to Miller's for take out. However, there is adequate seating in there and it is your typical sports bar type of atmosphere. It is nearby and just a reasonable as the next chain joint. I have not really had any o issues with timing on this place, the food is generally done by the time they say it will be done. Last time I ordered to go I ordered the Chicken pasta, It is topped with breadcrumbs and has Alfredo corkscrews, The place must make their pasta near other pastas b/c while I had mostly corkscrews, I also had a few strand of fettuccini, a couple of shell shapes, etc in my meal. It id not bother me, but I can see how it would make a customer feel uneasy about lack of care in the meal prep. To be fair, the food lately here is good, but not great but my pasta was reasonably enjoyable. That is on par with most similar restaurants in this genre so not a ding on Miller's just that they are also not a standout. My family typically gets the zingers here which are wings and they typically enjoy the,
