Apple Barrel Cafe - Owasso

Our food was cold. The owner refused to come and speak to us. They said because we tried our food we had to pay for cold food. They base their food quality on the amount taken off the plate which was 2 bites. Worst service I have ever experienced. Will absolutely not be back here and will be sure to let our friends and family know how much this place has gone downhill. The food is bland, unseasoned, and comes out cold every single time. In reply to the owner, he let us know he checked his cameras and THEN refunded us for the meal except for the only item I ate, the eggs! Completely fair choice, however he is misleading in his reply. Super rude owner, no customer service skills, AND hides in his office watching his cameras. How are you okay with serving 6 slices of bacon ice cold? ? also your waitress told you wrong, had you come and spoke to us instead of sending your staff out to handle your problems, you would have known I let the waitress know TWICE. my son ate the whipped cream off of the toast which I guess accounted as me leaving full. ?

Food was hot fresh and affordable. Service was excellent. Even though they were busy we got immediate seating. Definitely worth the money!

Waitresses are always so nice. Menu of breakfast options all day or enjoy a variety of home-cooked favorite meals without the work. Also a great place just to enjoy coffee and pie with a friend.

The food came out cold and tasted bland. I don?t understand how two orders were completely cold. Also, the only thing that tasted okay in the whole breakfast was the glass of water. I would give magazine stars if I could. This is the worse breakfast in Owasso.
