Contribuisci feedbackI had a call ahead order. After I checked in it took over 25 minutes to receive my order. At 20 minutes I pushed the button on the speaker to ask about my order but they told me to hang on and never came back. The drinks were wrong when my order arrived. There were 7 cars other than me in the parking lot.
Waited 20 minutes at stall to order meal. Employees taking orders at stall never came out or responded to order .I observed spoke to several patron's that were treated the same. Manager needs to be placed with a person that cares about this business. I will never return to that location.
Waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order at 10:30 at night. Then waited almost 30 minutes in a line that didn't move. All I wanted was a slushy. I'm usually very understanding of fast food workers but that was ridiculous and it's a common thing that happens.
Service was garbage completely messed up the order an it was an online order so that’s crazy to me. Won’t be back to this sonic.
Came through the drive through at 10:50 pm on 3/16/2024. I couldn’t order a burger because the grill was off. The managers of this store need to not worry so much about closing early. U close at 11:00 the grill gets shut off whenever the last order is made even if that’s 11:15. If u allow the employees to do this why not 10:30 shut the grill off or 10:00 what’s the difference. You still can’t leave till the store is clean which takes what 30 mins to an hour. Shutting the grill off 10 mins early isn’t gonna get u out of work any faster. Idk who owns this store or who is the district manager but u have a major problem and if u don’t get it fixed your sales are gonna start decreasing at some point if they haven’t already. Closing early is a symptom of poor management and I’d be willing to bet other things are going on. Close at 11:00 not 10:50 or change your hours to 10:45. That way if I want a burger I don’t waste my time I’ll just go to Whataburger instead.
