Starbucks - Owasso

The worse customer service ever we been sitting here for more than 20 mins and still don’t get our 2 drinks… one girl working only… the other in the drive through and the 3rd one standing just looking at them work . Wow this place is so bad at customer service. Plus the register one lady with a bad attitude

This location is the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. Bathrooms are disgusting, tables haven’t been wiped down, floors haven’t been swept in days and the garbages are overflowing. This is not a result of a busy day, as it is 10:30 a.m. on a Sunday, but rather a result of poor management. And when the employee was alerted of poor bathroom conditions, they asked how so.

Coffee is good, real good. Just make sure you're absolutely not in any kind of hurry or have anything else to do at all. They are so slow it's not even funny. I have never gotten coffee from Starbucks in less than 30-45 min. I mean it's a cup of coffee, 30 min is out of hand in a big way.

Shameful...I asked for a greentea lemon and honey. I have a sore throat. I always tip!As I waited 15 minutes they put up a green iced tea!She said they don't have hot tea...really? Since when? And why was that not told to me?I just left and now I am pissed what a waste of my time and money. Won't be back!

Excellent service and obviously the coffee was amazing. Healthier choice of a delicious Starbucks Coffee get the Venti Iced Vanilla Latte, with Almond Milk, Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup, and an Xtra shot of expresso! Yes yes yes
