Culver's - Owatonna

Whole family got food poisoning. Very sick all of us. I ended up in ER that night. Stay far away from this place extremely dangerous place to eat.

It would be nice if a restaurant which specializes in desserts would serve them till close. Obviously a manager decided to stop making custard too early in the evening because they had no desserts available 15 minutes prior to close on a Saturday night. Who knows how early they ran out and quit serving it. Update: The manager at this location reached out to hear about my experience and didn’t make any excuses for what happened. He listened to my complaint and said he would be following up with his shift managers to resolve this issue.

I came here and the food was cold. They also got my order wrong. Generally I have good service here but that wasn't the case today.

We prefer Culver’s over other fast food options. Food is consistently good but the service at this location not so good. We were walk in customers and waited in line 10 minutes before anyone took our order yet they continued to take drive through orders. Tip, go through the drive thru.

I will start out by saying, don 't waste your time or money going to this Culver 's. This is the worst one that I have ever been to. I ordered a single cheeseburger with the works basket. It took the person who was taking our order a LONG time to enter this order. Ofcourse when my order came it was a double and that is what we were charged for. This must be the new scheme among Culver 's restaurants as they don 't give you a receipt at the time of the order, it is not displayed on the screen and you have no way to know until the order comes. I had this happen at another Culver 's so I am VERY careful to specify a single burger. It took over 15 minutes to get our order. The burger was warm but the French fries were lukewarm at best. Since I didn 't have another 15 minutes to wait for my order to be corrected, I ate was given to me. The dining room was clean. But am VERY glad that I did not use the restroom until I was leaving as I would not have ate at that restaurant. It was filthy.
