We absolutely love this DQ location! The staff are friendly, caring, and patient. They treat their trainees with respect, which is great to see. If there's ever an issue, they make sure to resolve it properly with the customer. Orders are prepared on time and accurately. Kudos to the Owen Sound DQ Team – everyone should definitely visit this place!

I originally ordered DQ through Skip the Dishes and my Skip driver didn't bring part of my order. I called DQ to see if he forgot it, and the gentleman I spoke to was very kind and offered to bring me the rest of my order himself, and also called Skip the Dishes for me to make them aware. The DQ employee showed up within 15 minutes of speaking on the phone, I was very pleased with their customer service and their desire to make their customers happy! This definitely showed me they go the extra mile for their customers :
