You should consider serving the appetizers before the main meal arrives. Our appetizer came out just a minute before the food, leaving us with no time to enjoy it. It would be helpful to ask about appetizers when taking drink orders.

We were informed that a server would assist us shortly, but it took about 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come over. When my steak arrived, it wasn't properly seared; it was mostly gray and cooked rarer than I had requested. It was also tough, although it did taste fine. Once our server finally attended to us, they provided good service.
