Osmow's Shawarma - Owen Sound

Great friendly staff, delicious delicious food! (dry special, huh shima on rice with salad)

Every time we order online, the order is never ready! We ordered an hour ago and when I go in he says it'll be 15 minutes. The only reason he has is he is busy or they are short staffed or its the weekend. Why does the system not give us a real wait time? Or is it the store staff and management that's poor? Everyone's time is valuable. I'm very disappointed.

First time ever trying Osmows and couldn't be more disappointed. Ordered for delivery and only received half of my order, no pita for the hummus appetizer even though I ordered extra I received none at all, completely missing one wrap. What was delivered was freezing cold.

Today was my first time trying Osmow's and I'm so glad I did. The chicken shawarma poutine was fantastic! Definitely be back again. Of course I went during the lunch hour when it was busier, but still didn't have to wait too long!

Order was messed up, chicken was low quality. I didn't even make it through a 1/4 of my meal before I stopped eating it because I couldn't stomach it.This was easily my worst experience with any form of take out/restaurant service I've had.
