Pizza Pizza - Owen Sound

Very, very fresh and well made pizza. Got delivery and went to pick up a pizza slice. The sides are very, very good too. Enjoyed the side Caesar salad.

Do not follow through with their 60 minute guarantee. Terrible service, rude with zero customer service. Did not show up to our house for over an hour. Had to go into town because I was on hold for over 20 minutes. The server said I wrote the wrong address on my account and he couldn't find the house. I reviewed the address and explained it was not wrong. He said he called and left a message on our answering machine but there was no voicemail. Then after a long argument, he said we don't deliver to your address. Except this address when through the online ordering without any problem. I refused to pay for my order that I did not receive and left a complaint with the company. The company called us and explained there was nothing they could do. I will never order from pizza pizza again.

We arrived at our hotel cold, wet and tired -- too tired to go out for dinner. We ordered online from Pizza Pizza. It said it would take 50 minute to deliver. But, in fact, it arrived in 25 minutes, hot and very tasty! Free pop was included. I also ordered a small side Caesar salad which tasted good.

Well, we're talking about high quantity, low quality pizza here. How bad could it be? Let's just say, we're not in Toronto anymore, Toto. The pizza served by this location is best in slices while being purchased in person, believe you me. Their panzerottis aren't bad, and their meatball sandwich is missing any form of cheese. The one redeeming quality they have is their chicken. Whether it is their Bites, or their wings, their chicken is quite good - higher quality than KFC, and at a cheaper price. All in all, we order chicken from a pizza joint, and will continue to do exactly that, and ONLY that.

Ordered from here expecting Pizza Pizzas normal mediocre pizza. Not so. Crust was way too thin and dry. Skimped on the cheese and sauce. Couldn't even finish the pizza. Corporate needs to monitor this restaurant and get it up to speed.
