Baskin-robbins - Owensboro

Worst experience I had. the older lady was rude (we went to 1/29 at 830) when I told her that my shake tasted like vanilla milk (also plundered as vanilla) she said: “This is the recipe that is, as my manager asked me to do it. I don't make the ice" we ordered two Jimocha shakes and got vanilla milk. I hope that the man or owner does not really short people ice cream and double milk. after a long unpleasant silence, while she ended my men, she tried to “make them right” I refused because of my man embarrassment and we left.

My wife and I were at this Baskin Robbins a month or so prior to Tonights visit and ordered a quart of ice cream that had to be hand packed. When we got home it had only been filled half way. We thought we would try it again tonight. We were attempting to buy two cones and a quart of the same that required to be hand packed. The first male (in the drive through) said they didn't have it prepackaged. I asked if it could be hand packed. A female interrupted and said they didn't have the ice cream. It was obvious she did not want to hand pack it. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt the first visit but after the second visit I realize the shortage was intentionally.

The two ladies who waited on me were rude!!! Love the ice cream, just not the attitude!!

It was great. I haven't had black walnut ice cream in a long time. I got a pint.. First visit.

My first time at the Owensboro Baskin Robin's, and they get my order wrong. I told them the nutty Coconut not the Pineapple Coconut. I'm displeased...
