Fuji Of Japan - Owensboro

Only 4/5 because I've had better sushi. It was good, just not the best I've ever had. Great service, though, and very hospitable. Oh, and a really nice atmosphere, very relaxed.

We had a fantastic time! The food was hearty, and we even brought some leftovers home. Our server was wonderful—he lit an onion tower on fire to celebrate my birthday and led the restaurant in a birthday song.

The food was outstanding; I had the fillet and chicken while my wife enjoyed three sushi rolls. Our server was both knowledgeable and friendly. We chose not to sit at the hibachi grill because I prefer the back area for a more intimate dining experience.

The food is outstanding, and I really enjoy watching the hibachi chefs entertain us while they prepare our meals. The staff is friendly and engaging as well. Although I don’t eat sushi, I’ve heard from others that it’s fantastic here.

In spite of all the negative reviews, take them with a grain of salt. I'm here for work and wanted some Japanese food. This place is great! I've eaten at all the big places like Benihana and Kobe, this place is just as good. Prices are great too. Soup and salad were very good as was all the rest of the food. Give them a shot.
