When I came to the Drive-Thru speaker, I was informed that they had to do a system restart, it would be about 10 minutes before they were able to accept orders. I said I would just sit on the loudspeaker until it was finished, but she asked me to drive the park and then back to the car thru. I did that, but in about 7 or 8 minutes later, 3 vehicles drove to the drive thru. I should have waited for the loudspeaker, but instead I have to wait for four more people to get their commands b4, I could think. I was a little irritated, but mostly because I was exhausted from 5 days of 12 hours shifts now I was still later in the bed.
Only 2 people work. After 30 minutes waiting time, I was told that they couldn't accept my $20 bill because they couldn't give me any change. No manager and employee ignored front counters
They were busy, but s-l-o-w. Several customers ordered us and ate when our came and they never brought our drinks. I had to interrupt the lady to get her... there were two of us.
The staff was pleasant and friendly and service was quick. They however did not have product to complete some items ordered.
