Domino's Pizza - Ower

As always, it was a wonderful experience! Just a quick tip: be sure to opt for curbside pickup. The only thing I found a bit off was that the pizza was slightly cold by the time I got home after my 3-minute drive. However, a quick 30 seconds in the microwave solved that issue, so it really wasn’t a problem at all.

I had an outstanding experience at this restaurant, largely due to the exceptional service. I ordered a cheeseburger pizza that was not only beautifully presented but also incredibly delicious. I couldn't quite understand some of the complaints I had seen; it seemed like a few patrons were just having an off day. However, I can't stress enough how remarkable the customer service was and how high-quality the pizza tasted; it was perfectly cooked. The staff collaborated seamlessly to ensure our food arrived promptly and met a high standard. I also appreciated their effective infection control measures, which made me feel safe. I'll definitely be returning for more, as the value for money is excellent. Miriam stood out in particular; she was an impressive team player, efficiently juggling phone orders while attending to our table. Her exceptional customer service skills, combined with her team’s dedication, made our visit truly enjoyable.

Last Sunday, I ordered a pizza for delivery, and it was simply inedible! It was dry, had barely any crust, and there was hardly any cheese or tomato sauce. I was really disappointed! I feel like I wasted 20 pounds!

I thoroughly enjoyed the food, but the customer service left much to be desired!
