Georgia Peach - Owings Mills

I’ve never had any issues with the food; it’s always been wonderful. Even the meals that were just okay were good enough for me to return. Unfortunately, the customer service is quite poor, which is why I won’t be going back. I traveled over 30 miles to the Owings Mills location to place a catering order for a repast, only to find out that I couldn’t do so because the manager was unavailable. The young man I spoke to said the manager was the only one who could handle catering orders, but he didn’t take my information or provide me with the manager’s name. All he offered was to call back tomorrow when the manager would be there—not even a message was suggested. This is basic customer service, and I think they need to train their staff to improve it. If they don’t, they risk losing customers to a competitor just five minutes away that has EXCELLENT customer service.

The food is excellent! I've used their catering service multiple times and have always been satisfied. You won't be disappointed! The dishes are consistently hot and fresh!

My experience with this restaurant has worsened over time. What's the point of placing an online order if I still have to wait another 35-40 minutes after waiting 45 minutes at home? The staff member outside has poor customer service, although the two women who served us were decent. Communication is lacking, especially when I arrive and you can't locate my order ticket. When you finally find it, cooking begins only then, which should have started before I got there. I want to continue supporting this black-owned business, but they really need to improve.

The food is as delicious as I heard. I have the whistle with Mac and cheese? and sweet potatoes, corn bread and peach? Cobbler, really excellent?. This is the way you make the food for southern comfort. Very recommended, check it out!?

It has been several years since I last ordered food from here. I wanted a quality fish dinner and I thought of Georgia Peach and was not disappointed (at all). I ordered the catfish platter w/ cabbage and mac and cheese. I do not know what was better the fish or the mac and cheese! Although the wait was long; it was worth it. I am a patient person and, to be honest.....it's reassuring to me that a restaurant that takes the necessary time to prepare my food is a restaurant that cares about quality and doing it right!
