T.k.k. Fried Chicken - Owings Mills

When I got home and unpacked my food, the chicken sandwich looked nothing like the picture online. It was quite small, served on a tiny, soggy bun, and lacked flavor. I really wouldn’t recommend spending your money on the spicy chicken combo, and don’t expect quick service if you visit in person.

I ordered through DoorDash and this was honestly the worst fried chicken I've ever had. Perhaps my expectations were too high, as I was hoping it would be similar to the better quality chicken from Royal Farms. I’d rather make my own chicken than return to this restaurant.

The boabao drinks are excellent, but the TKK chicken was quite disappointing. My chicken wasn't properly cooked, and the skin lacked flavor—I was hoping for something different. The highlight of the combo was definitely the cheesy curly fries, but the green tea in the combo was terrible; I think I’ll just stick to the drinks next time. Overall, the food is too expensive, especially considering the chicken was still rubbery.

The spicy chicken sandwich is just as delicious, if not better, than those from Chick-fil-A and Popeyes. My mother-in-law mentioned that the chicken tenders were the best she's had in a long time.

I'm back to share a fresh review of Tkk. During my first visit, I praised the restaurant but mentioned that the tenders were smaller than those at other places. In response to my review, the establishment informed me that they had worked on improving the tenders, and they certainly delivered! Tkk is a fantastic place.
