It’s nice that a small town like Owosso has a larger hotel, but quality is definitely lacking here. The lobby looked fairly inviting, but once you step on the dirty and worn out elevator you will have a pretty good idea of what’s to come. The room was very outdated although the carpeting looked newer. The overall size was generous, but the cleanliness was questionable. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall in the bathroom and the doors are all in need of a fresh coat of paint. There were just two cheap bath towels towels and the smallest hotel soap, shampoo, lotion bottles that I have ever seen. I only live an hour away from Owosso, but I was in a golf tournament with an early start, so I figured I would save myself the drive and just stay at the hotel the night before. Needless to say, next time I will just bite the bullet and drive.
Surprisingly nice given its age. Rooms and premises were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Check in and out were a breeze. They have a nice small indoor pool and a very large lobby area for lounging. This isn't a fancy resort by any means, but it's nicer than the standard hotel if you ask me. If you need a hotel in Owosso, this is a good choice.Walkability: It's downtown, so if there are any shops you're interested in, you can walk to them
Front desk associates were all kind the process was seem less the only reason I am giving 3 stars is because it’s dated the room was musty the gym had a exercise ball and old bike thing and the elevator was gross.
For the price we paid they had NO continental breakfast. They said it was because of Covid. Covid was 3 years ago. They should provide a breakfast for the price they are chargingRooms: 3/5
