A&t Mundi House - Oxford

I used to frequent this restaurant even though the food was only average. The manager or owner was quite pleasant, but I believe the cook lacked skill in the kitchen.

I stopped by this restaurant late at night looking for a snack. Having tried many shawarmas during my travels to the Middle East, I was eager to find a local spot that served them. I decided to try the chicken shawarma, and it was the best I've had in this country. The service wasn't exceptional, but it's more of a takeout place rather than a sit-down restaurant, although there are a few tables available.

Excellent food and excellent service. I went on a Sunday with my family and found that they had a very nice offer soup, rice or fries green salad and potato salad and shish taouq which is seasoned chicken cubes grilled on a stick with peppers...and onion. All of this was only which I believe is a bargain. Will definitely be returning again the place did look a bit plain but they told me that they were still in the process of decorating however this was nothing compared to the quality of food. Definitely recommend it.

I came to A&T Mundi with my husband for dinner and I was plesently surprised. The waitress was very friendly and welcoming she seated us and presented us with the menu. She then adviced us on the specials and gave us a a few recommendations....We chose a few items from the cold mezze,there was one in particular with aubergine which is a must have. For our main we had a mixed platter with meat and chicken, we also decided to try chef special which was amazing fried tilapia fish with a special sauce. The service was excellent and although they were quite busy that evening the food came on time and the waitress was very calm and collective with the orders. We even got to meet the owner who was very friendly and pleasent and even gave us a free arabic dessert and tea. Excellent service, great food and friendly and helpful staff.

I had the pleasure of dining at this charming and delightful restaurant. The service and food were both exceptional, and even the owner was lovely. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. I highly recommend trying out this restaurant, which is perfect for both young people and families. It is a new establishment that deserves to become a staple for both locals and tourists in Oxford.
