Racist restaurant manager who could not control his emotion and shouted to me “take your food and go home” in a terrifying tone. I have lived in Oxford for 3 three years and this is literally the worst restaurant in this town. I knew their service was terribly slow, so I pre-ordered 15 minutes before I walked in the restaurant to grab my quick lunch. I saw my order number on the screen for collection but still did not get my food because the coffee was not ready. So I asked several times where my food was, but all staff at the counter rudely ignored me. Then the man who called himself the restaurant manager (who stood beside the stupid coffee machine and was doing nothing) asked me to shut up and said that he was not going to give me any food because I asked. Funny though, when I insisted on getting the food that I had already paid for and waited for 20 minutes for, he shouted to me “take your food and go home”, as I am an Asian female. I could not think of other words apart from racist to describe his action. Overall, extremely slow and terrible service. Team members either don’t talk or shout to threaten customers. McDonald’s and Wendy’s in just 2 minutes walk and offer much better things, with beef products included. DON’T get close to that restaurant if you want to stay safe or you would get starved by this KFC restaurant god.

We’ve just visited the KFC in Oxford Centre and had a delicious meal. The chicken was very tasty, moist and hot. Chips also fresh and hot. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We’ve been to a few KFC’s over the years and this one rates highly and well worth a visit. Well done Oxford KFC! See you again when we visit Oxford. Paul Lynne Stoke-on-Trent

Honestly the worst KFC I have ever been to!! Service was awful, to the point we almost told them to forget it and walk out. Which in hindsight I really wish we had. The chips were discusting, they had a really horrible taste to them. The boneless strips were cold and the legs and thigh pieces had so much grease it was literally dripping off and creating puddles on our plates!! The exact opposite of finger lickin good I can promise you! KFC is normally one of my firm favourites, and given the option of a tasty fast food treat, it's always top of my list. But I can honestly say my meal and experience today has put me off for a VERY long time. I will definitely never be going back to this branch that's for sure.
