Pret A Manger - Oxford

Once again the the coffee cookies were great but the place is let down by serving the drinks in paper cups the food in a paper bag!! Surely you should be given a proper cup plate if dining in? Good coffee, but I would like a proper cup!!

The atmosphere is lovely and it's a great place to escape the busy Oxford city center. The drinks and food are good. I recommend sitting upstairs.

I hadn 't visited this chain since before lockdown, and so I thought a return here might make a pleasant change. However, I was not at all impressed by having the coffee served in a plastic cup(it doesn 't taste as good in plastic ! Okay if you 're taking away, but not really the thing when you 're drinking 'in ' at table. The coffee itself wasn 't bad, and the chocolate cookie was very good(but handed to me in a bag where have the plates gone? . When you 're paying more the £5 for the drink/food you expect some sort of standards you should get proper cups and plates for that! I probably shan 't be making a return visit here.

I have never come across such a RASIST, BIAS and Gender Discriminating Staff ever at Pret. She was serving me at 2:00 pm at Pret The Lady Manager and she was so so rude. Almost made me CRY!!! Had the worse day ever.

Pret is good for a quick bite to eat and a coffee to go. Coffee is sometimes too hot and never as tasty as I would like
