The First Floor - Oxford

I ordered a takeaway from this restaurant, they said they called my phone when they arrived but the calls didn’t come through to my phone. I called them after half an hour of the food being late and they said they called and said I was a liar for saying I didn’t receive the calls and shouted at me for costing them money over something that wasn’t my fault. They begrudgingly sent the order again and shouted at my boyfriend when he collected the food from the car. The food was luke warm and had no flavour, definitely wasn’t authentic Thai! Will never visit again! Would give less than one star if possible!

We returned here as we hadn’t been for a while. As always lots of and lots of choices. All very well cooked. Sensible drinks rices too. Lovely staff, very welcoming.

Arrived as they opened thinking food would be fresh, hot and plenty to choose from Food was only just warm at best, Very little selection, Meat was sparse in the curry’s, Sent back a curry that was cold, and I mean cold no where near 63 degrees By this time we had lost our appetite, and we value are health so decided to leave Still wanted to charge full price No apology Think it needs visit from the councils food hygiene people to test the heat they serve and keep food warm at. I would avoid at all costs

Was looking some where to eat and came across this... it wasn’t busy considering it was a Saturday night... £15 a head wouldn’t be too bad if they had a bit more choice, but what they did have was hot and relatively tasty . Friendly staff are always around too help Not bad....

Visited with a group of friends but received disgusting customer service ! Management raised his voice because he was stressed out due to poor preparation on his part and that of his lousy staff! Caused such a commotion for no reason. Defo lack customer service skills and respect for the customer. Food not great, certainly not worth paying the £22.99 we had to as all the food promised when booking was not made available. Just generally would never recommend this place to even my enemy following this visit.
