The Parsonage Grill - Oxford

We made a reservation for an early dinner and were seated promptly. The chairs were not very comfortable and seemed low. However, our waiter was exceptional and our meal was very relaxing and enjoyable. The food was delicious, especially the fish cakes which were the best I've ever had. Overall, it was a great dining experience and worth the price.

The high tea at this restaurant was beautifully presented, but unfortunately, the taste did not live up to the appearance. While there was a lot of food, the lack of good flavors was disappointing. The sandwiches and cakes lacked taste, with dry carrot cake and soggy cheesecake. The scones were the standout item and redeemed the experience, earning a positive review on TripAdvisor.

This restaurant is absolutely charming with top-notch food and service. The historical building and location provided the perfect backdrop for a fantastic lunch experience. We didn't feel rushed at all and ended up staying for three hours. I highly recommend this spot!

Ate here with my husband and was a delightful venue. The building is stunning and greeted warmly by staff on arrival. Nothing was too much trouble for staff and food was delicious. Overall a wonderful meal out made even better by the warm and thoughtful staff.

Very generous Sunday Roast. Fresh and juicy. Friendly staff and quick, efficient service. Beautifully cool dining room to escape a hot Oxford day for refreshment!
