Abner's Famous Chicken - Oxford

Jasmine and Brooke were fantastic in addressing my concerns promptly and efficiently. Although we had an unpleasant experience, they managed the situation with care and respect. I’m definitely willing to give them a chance to change my perspective on our less-than-ideal visit. I also received a personal call from the general manager, who expressed genuine empathy and a desire to make things right. Thank you both!

The food is tasty, but they don't use enough dressing on their wraps, and the last one I received didn't have any lettuce. What’s a salad without lettuce?

I absolutely love Abner's! The food is always hot and fresh whenever I visit. The staff is fantastic—a great group of people. One of the managers, Mr. Chris, ensured that my dining experience was excellent on my last visit. If you haven't tried it yet and are wondering whether you should, the answer is a definite YES! Be sure to try the club wrap when you go.

Abners has always been one of my favorite places to eat in Oxford. The food is always fresh and the employees always have a smile on theirs faces. Customer service is great. Chris is one of the manager that stopped by the table to make sure we good andhad everything we needed, he?s an awesome manager!
