Firehouse Subs - Oxford

I have been to the Oxford Location twice in the last month. Both times the order was messed up. First time the sandwich I ordered was not the sandwich I received...this was a take out. The second time (eat in) I ordered the classic Hook and Ladder. The turkey was left off the sandwich, minimal ham, and lettuce was wilted. I don't know but think it might be because I didn't TIP these folks. This is fast food and since when is a tip given before the service is rendered. I will not be patronizing this store anymore! FIREHOUSE SUBS ARE BACK! During COVID, they changed something in their sandwich (hook and ladder). It tasted horrible, dry, yuck. Tried 2 different restaurants and same...quit going My husband wanted to give it a try again 2 months ago and they are back to original sandwiches! Since then, we have been 4 times!
