Contribuisci feedbackWell at first I thought it was an ok burger place but turns out I was wrong. So, that night everything was fine, people were nice..regular service...decent enough food. So, when I go to places especially when I’m far from home I keep my receipts. I checked my account and throw the receipts away to make sure the amounts match. I see my amount doesn’t match for the Oxford Burger Company, I call. I talk to the lady about the different chargers I tell her I was there on the 26th and she goes “......and your just now calling.” And I pause......(meanwhile it’s only been 8 days later but anyway, I say well I can only know something is wrong when it shows up on my card. Now had it been 3 to 6 months then yeah I could see her struggle with the concept but still......it’s my money. Anyway, after that she rushingly tells me the district manager would have to handle it and hangs up in my face. I called back : and she goes so you are asking about your $1.10 and I go yeah whatever the difference is and she was like I guess you’ll see a charger reappear on your card from the place and gets of the phone again. I get it’s $1.10 but had I been short for my bill do you think it would’ve JUST BEEN $1.10 then? And plus..... it’s my money : . Anyways, **** poor customer service for a burger that has no seasoning. Enjoy.
