The simple life is peaceful, delicious, and hospitable. You'll find that here. Return kindness.
I am a huge sausage gravy fan so the first thing I always get from a new breakfast spot is the sausage gravy! Surprisingly enough the sausage gravy was not made in the Pennsylvania Dutch style. It was made with pepper instead of sugar. It was good if you like it this way but I definitely prefer a sweet gravy to spicy! Second time around I got a breakfast sandwich and it was delicious! I would be remiss if I didn't talk about the pancake! And I say pancake singular because that is all you need! It's ginormous and so delicious. The owner/manager is so nice and it is a great little atmosphere to just escape back into the days of counter service! Wheelchair accessibility: So this place has access via a ramp but absolutely no space to accommodate an actual chair.
Fantastic atmosphere.Charming staff.Delicious food.Seriously, one of the best omelets I've had in my life, one of the largest pancakes I've ever seen. Very good value. Will be back again ASAP.
Food is always great especially the burgers! It's nice to go to one of the only old school diners around weekly however the waitress(owner) ruins the atmosphere with her constant complaints. She complains if they are slow. She complains if they are busy. She complains about lifeEveryone has things in life that brings us down but don't put others in your PIG PUDDLE!You ruin our happy faces every week when we sit down and have to listen to your loud voice complaining.Be thankful for your customers who are coming back to support you and keep this diner alive.
