I made an online order for breadsticks that were supposed to be ready at 11am. I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes and they had to give me a refund.
My husband picked our order up that I ordered on line. He got home we did not get the wings we ordered but however did get an extra pizza In place of it. Called and spoke to the manager very nice and apologized. Said she would credit my account. Food was good.
Pizza crust was not cooked long enough and the crust also had a weird smell and taste. Their pizza is usually good. This was gross.Edit: Sent them the requested info via email. Pending their response. Will update review after response.Edit: They never responded to my email that I sent 5 weeks ago.
No matter how you order your food, it is never ready on time. I usually have to wait 20 minutes or more than the time it says it should be ready. Last visit, after waiting 20 extra minutes, I was shorted a pizza. This was for a birthday party. So, not only was I late getting back with the food. I didn't have enough for everyone. The only positive thing to say is that at least the food was good. The person working the register was kind and seemed to be helping with multiple positions. You could hear one of the cooks in the back upset and had an attitude. I'm pretty sure I heard him using a few poor choices of words. I hope this review helps
