Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

I ordered two kids' gelatos and a small gelato. To my surprise, the price for the kids' size was the same as the small. If the prices are so close, why not just offer a small instead of a kids' size? The kids' gelato was just a penny less than the small. They also charged a custard fee for the kids' gelato, making it equal in price to the small but with significantly less ice cream. It just doesn't make sense to me, and because of this, I won’t be returning. There are plenty of other local ice cream shops in the area that I'd prefer to try.

This restaurant seems to be managed by teenagers who seem more interested in chatting with their friends than doing their jobs. While there's a long line of customers waiting, it feels like they're not prioritizing service at all. I was surprised to see one of the staff members, who I believe was the manager, acting this way.

My watermelon gelato was excellent. However, they don’t accept Discover cards, and I only found out about this after my purchase was processed.

Great selections and fairly priced. A must visit summertime destination. Get the GELATO !!!
